TELTA-Teacher Continuous Professional Development (TCPD)

In promoting modern teaching methodologies, TELTA introduced the TCPD program, an online Professional Development webinar series facilitated by educators from both within and outside the country. Sponsored by the RELO, U.S. Embassy Dar-es-Salaam, approximately 200 teachers benefited from this initiative. The program’s flexibility, conducted entirely online, allowed teachers to participate from any location during scheduled times, fostering discussions on teaching methods and addressing challenges, leading to substantial improvements in teaching practices.
